I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have never had a salesperson treat me as good as Jackie Farmer. He could not have made my experience any better. Whatever his base pay is needs to be doubled. I couldn't be happier with my new truck. Also, the finance lady Tammy was the best I have ever dealt with, she needs a big raise also. One more thing, one of the owners Amanda came in and visited with me like I was a long time friend and that made my experience even better. As long as these people are there I will only do business at Harry Blackwell Chevrolet in Malden, MO!

EJ was super nice and worked with me for quite some time to see why my speed limit signs are giving incorrrect info. The oil change went smooth as always. AND, I always appreciate a clean car after it is serviced.

while this has nothing to do with the dealership, having the transmission go out on a new vehicle certainly does nothing to bolster confidence in the product. Surely you can do better.
